If you experience roaming failure even the roam trigger, roam delta and roam period is set properly,

 

1. Please update the SCU to the latest version.

To update SCU, please refer below:

CE : SCU Active Profile – ThirdpartyConfig mode - WLAN off -> Install Debugging driver cab file into default path.

WM : Run both LtkUnlock.exe, rapienable.exe – Reset - WLAN off -> Install Debugging driver cab file into default path.

 

2. Set Power Save mode to CAM.

Constantly Awake Mode (CAM) means constantly draws the maximum power to communicate with an AP. So that it can maintain the reliable connectivity.
