Caution about Scanner on OTA update

1. Problem

· Scanner service does not run when OTA update from UL20W / F v2.1.1 to v2.2.7.

Note: Occurs in both incremental OTA Update and Full OTA Update.

2. Cause of Problem

· Updating from V2.1.1 to v.2.2.7, the package configuration related scanner app has changed.

· old unnecessary packages remain after update.

3. Resolution

· Remove packages before or after updates that are no longer needed.
