How to update OTA in SOTI AE

In SOTI Android Enterprise, this is how to update OS using OTA

Before updating, you will need the following files and programs

1 SOTI Android Enterprise How to Install

2 MDM Plugin How to Install

3 OTA zip file

4 MobiControl Package Studio

Procedure

1 Install and register SOTI Agent on the terminal

2 Install MDM Plugin in the terminal (Please be careful not to change the order of No.1, No.2)

3 Generate '.pcg file' in MobiControl Package Studio How to do

4 Upload the '.pcg file' to the SOTI Web Console How to do

5 Create a Profile in SOTI Web Console and assign the terminal How to do

6 If the assignment is successful, the profiles are displayed as 'Pending' in the terminal's profiles or in the Web Console

7 After tens of minutes, it changes to 'Installed'

8 Send script from SOTI Web Console to terminal (Legacy / AE script is different) How to do

9 After a few minutes, the terminal automatically reboots and starts updating the OS
